Over the past decades, companies’ concern about corporate social responsibility (CSR) has evolved from simple questions about their responsibility towards society and stakeholders to more sophisticated discussions about the processes to set up, the outcomes of their efforts and the way to narrate all this (Wang et al., 2016).
